WABZ provides a WhatsApp Business API management platform that enables businesses to:

  • Manage WhatsApp Business conversations
  • Send and receive messages through the WhatsApp Business API
  • Create automated responses and workflows
  • Send broadcast messages to contacts
  • Manage contacts and customer data
  • Create and manage message templates

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your contact information remains current

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate WhatsApp's Business Policy or Commerce Policy
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

You acknowledge that use of our Service is subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's terms, policies, and guidelines. You agree to comply with all WhatsApp Business API policies, including but not limited to messaging limits, opt-in requirements, and template approval processes. Violation of WhatsApp's policies may result in suspension of your WhatsApp Business Account and/or our Service.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from your contacts.

7. Payment Terms

Paid features are billed according to the pricing plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WABZ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WABZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
